You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Responsibilities: <ul><li> Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout</li><li> Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates</li><li> Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders</li><li> Manage subcontractor relationships, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues</li><li> Work closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project goals are met</li><li> Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards</li><li> Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders</li><li> Identify and mitigate project risks</li><li> Manage and mentor project team members</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li> Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field</li><li> Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction project management</li><li> Strong understanding of construction project management principles, practices, and techniques</li><li> Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, and scheduling</li><li> Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li> Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li> Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously</li><li> Experience managing subcontractor relationships</li><li> Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
