One Mission. - SupplyCore Inc.</a>Job Summary:SupplyCore is seeking a Corporate Counsel - Government Contracts to support its government contracting compliance and legal operations. You will assist with compliance program execution, audits and reviews, training initiatives, and contract and terms‑and‑conditions review. This position reports to the General Counsel and works closely with business stakeholders and outside counsel to help ensure SupplyCore meets its regulatory and contractual obligations as a government contractor. This is a hands‑on, business‑focused role suited for an attorney early in their career who has experience with or exposure to government contracts and compliance. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support SupplyCore’s compliance program related to U.S. Government contracting requirements, including FAR, DFARS, and agency‑specific regulations. </li><li>Assist in identifying compliance risks through review of policies, procedures, and business practices. </li><li>Monitor regulatory developments impacting government contractors and help assess business impact. </li><li>Assist with internal and external audits, assessments, and compliance reviews, including preparation of documentation and coordination with stakeholders. </li><li>Support responses to government or customer inquiries, audits, or investigations. </li><li>Help develop, update, and deliver compliance training for employees, including government contracting and ethics topics.</li><li>Assist in preparing internal compliance guidance and reference materials.</li><li>Review and summarize customer, supplier, and other third-party agreements for compliance and regulatory risks. </li><li>Flag issues for escalation to General Counsel or other stakeholders.</li><li>Partner with sales, supply chain, operations, and other teams to support compliant business execution and provide periodic training.</li><li>Assist with third party audit and other requests for documents and business information. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school<a class="external" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"></a></li></ul><ul><li>2-5+ years of experience in government contracts, regulatory compliance, or related legal work, whether in‑house or law firm supporting government contractors.</li><li>Familiarity with FAR/DFARS concepts and/or government contracting compliance frameworks.</li><li>Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or regulatory inquiries.</li><li>Export experience a plus.</li><li>Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be able to engage in and exchange communication with others in all situations.</li><li>Self-driven and proactive in nature. Overview:
The Service Manager is accountable for all aspects of the Service Department and plays a vital role in the overall success of Altorfer in the territory. The Service Manager must possess a deep knowledge of construction equipment maintenance and repair, the skills necessary to ensure efficient shop operations and a continuous improvement mindset. 

Basic Duties:

Qualifications:
<ul style="margin-top: 0in;"><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Bachelor degree with minimum of five years management experience in construction equipment service and repair, or a minimum of ten years of management experience in construction equipment service and repair.</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Experience as an Equipment Manager or Service Manager/Supervisor a plus</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Advanced user of all Microsoft Office products to include Excel</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Working knowledge of Caterpillar programs DBSi, DSI, SMIS 2 and PSEL a plus</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Working knowledge of CODA a plus</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Working knowledge of a P&L and financial statements</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Ability to understand, interpret and leverage performance metrics related to efficiency, productivity, profitability, safety, market share, resource deployment and general operations.</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Exceptional communication, management, leadership and interpersonal skills</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations as they relate to the industry</li><li style="tab-stops: list .5in;">Ability to carry on effective communication with customers to maintain a high level of customer loyalty</li></ul>

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
This position works in an office environment and in the service shop. May, on a continuous basis, sit at a desk for a long period of time; answer telephone calls and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. May on a continuous basis be on the shop floor supporting service operations.  Noise level in the shop environment is usually moderate, and the noise level in the office environment is usually low. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional local travel may be required.
