Contract Pay: $33.65/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 
This candidate will report directly to the Program Supervisor  Focus Factory Resource Coordination and will support the coordination of onboarding supplier employees for Focus Factory efforts. This role requires coordination between Client and Focus Factory suppliers to ensure staffing demand is accurately maintained and aligned with scheduled work, and the hiring and onboarding efforts supports achieving the staffing demand. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, ability to adapt processes, meticulous data and tracking, ready to work in a fast-paced production environment supporting operations departments and program offices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Resource Management Coordinator<ul><li>Coordinate onboarding/training process for Focus Factory employees to support production demand and employee readiness
	</li><li>Business systems activation with continuous maintenance to ensure employees are accurately represented
	</li><li>Partnering and supporting IT to obtain IT connectivity/infrastructure for Focus Factory employees to support production
	</li><li>Working with Strategic Sourcing Program Office (SSPO) and Construction Managers to determine and manage hiring and skill demands
	</li><li>Coordinating Focus Factory related tours and visits at Client sites
	</li><li>Establishing and maintaining partnership with Focus Factory employees with efforts achieving the same goals and mission
	</li><li>Maintaining data accuracy and first time quality in business systems (Core HR Management System, Learning Management System, Contractor Database)
</li></ul> Minimum Requirements: Resource Management Coordinator<ul><li>Associates degree or higher
	</li><li>2+ years of experience coordinating across organizations and administering processes
	</li><li>Strong computer skills including demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
	</li><li>Data input skills and accuracy
	</li><li>Ability to travel up to 10% based on business needs, out of state to other Client sites
</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: Resource Management Coordinator<ul><li>Experience with business systems that track and maintains employee records
	</li><li>Onboarding and training experience
	</li><li>Shipyard experience
	</li><li>Resource management experience/understanding

Job Summary:
MOR PPM Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist in Society Hill, SC. The Billing Specialist works within the Corporate Accounting Department and contributes to the management of company resources through the preparation of customer invoices for designated customer accounts. The Billing Specialist works closely with the Project Managers, Site Managers, Assistant Controller and others as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Prepare customer invoices for small and medium sized projects based on both numerical and contract specific data. </li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Monitor billings and collections on projects on a regular basis.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Deliver final invoices to clients via mail, email, or electronic invoicing systems.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Provide services to support Project Managers in opening, maintaining, and closing projects within the ERP system consistent with contract terms.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Communicate with Project Management as well as Controller/CFO regarding contracts, change orders, and other contract modifications pertinent to project billing.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Collect data on direct and indirect cost to assist Project Management and accounting with job specific cost tracking.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Prepare adjusting journal entries on a regular basis.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Resolve issues when invoices cannot be matched to customer issued purchase orders or contract, escalating to management if necessary.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Provide daily and/or weekly reporting related to billing status of open contracts for Billing Supervisors and Manager as well as Project Management.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Maintain historical records and ensuring contract/job files are up to date and complete by scanning, saving, and organizing documents. </li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Contribute to accomplishing both accounting and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Minimum two years of experience in billing and/or accounting. </li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Strong interpersonal skills including communication, attention to detail, organization, as well as the ability to work well within a team environment. </li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Analytical skills and the ability to think independently. </li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Computer skills to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SmartSheet and database management.</li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Basic clerical skills to include data entry, report preparation, and file maintenance. </li><li style="margin-right:0.25in">Preference given to applicants with:</li><li>Experience with construction accounting</li><li>Experience with JDEdwards</li><li>Associates Degree or equivalent</li></ul>

Physical Demands:
<ul><li>Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign</li><li>May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds </li><li>Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above</li><li>Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas</li><li>Must have full range of motion consistent with age</li><li>Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders </li><li>Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises </li><li>Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces </li><li>Safety/Steel toe shoes are required</li></ul>#PPM

Work Environment:
Conditions include working in an office, with occasional entry into shop, busy traffic areas, as well as warehouses. Occasional exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions. Must be able to safely access all areas of property.
