Achieves sales targets through business development by working with customer engineering and purchasing staff to develop engineered product solutions, Develops and implements an annual sales strategy to maximize sales concurrent with overall company business strategy that successfully targets potential customers and applications within existing Nanshan customers, Provides detailed account, contact, and opportunity information within customer database to maintain sales/program funnel for assigned accounts, Prepares detailed customer presentations, business, and price proposal, Coordinates sales forecast with appropriate sales, sales management, and operational personnel, Prepares and maintain sales reports/call reports, Solicits RFQ’s from targeted customer suited to company’s manufacturing capabilities, Communicates the outcome of the negotiations/proposals focusing on conveying the account opportunity key details, critical timeframes and expectations, Monitors and consistently increases customer satisfaction, to collect and continuously upgrade and document customer intelligence using contact management in the area of processes used, Aligns and communicates strategic and tactical plans to the organization as appropriate, resulting in coordinated operations and sales efforts through the implementation of business development plans, Works closely with all departments including operations, quality, technical and finance, Maintains a continuous prospecting plan for designated market to secure positive sales and active account growth, Performs other required tasks as assigned. In this role the professional will define sales and business development strategies by securing new business wins through rapid account and product line growth and the servicing of key accounts, including OEMs and distributors within the assigned region: MidWest - MN, SD, ND, IO, Il, MO, IN.
