Candidates must have a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school; · The preferred candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing facility; · Experience with designing and specifying manufacturing support systems using pressure transmitters/switches, level transmitters/switches, temperature transmitters/switches, Ph analyzers, flow transmitters/switches, oxygen analyzers, control valves with limit switches and positioners, motor starters, VFDs, and lighting systems; · Experience with 24V DC, 120V, 240V, 480V, and 2400V AC systems; · Knowledge of electrical area classification and determination; · Strong verbal and written communication skills; · Highly motivated and self-directed; · Excellent communication skills and the ability to successfully work with people from all levels and areas of the company; · Creative problem-solving skills; · The desire to learn and lead; · Legally allowed to work in the US without restriction. · Provide electrical engineering support for multiple areas of expertise which could include: high voltage power systems, instrumentation, control systems, electrical classification, motor specification, lighting design, and process control.
