<div id="description-body">Overview Kadant Johnson, LLC (KJ) is seeking a skilled and proactive Epicor ERP Specialist to join our IT team, reporting through the KJ IT Operations Manager. In this role, the ERP Specialist will be responsible for the KJ Epicor ERP platform, managing its administration, enhancement, and integration across key business functions. This is an ideal role for someone who is technically proficient, process-oriented, and passionate about improving business systems. Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements, map business processes, and drive operational excellence. • Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement using Epicor tools such as BAQs, BPMs, and Dashboards. Implement automation and integration solutions to enhance productivity. Resolve transactional problems and maintain data integrity. • Work closely with key users to align ERP capabilities with business goals and optimization efforts. • Participate in system upgrades, data migrations, and new module implementations. Help lead user adoption efforts with proper documentation and training. • Ensure system operations align with IT General Controls, SOX requirements, and corporate data governance policies. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (v10 or later) required, ideally in a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, SQL, and data analysis techniques. • Experience with RESTful APIs, systems integration, and automation tools preferred. • Experience with Epicor implementation or upgrade projects. Kadant Johnson is not accepting unsolicited resumes from search firms for this position.
