Lead functional disciplines of Benefit Design and Administration, Compensation, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Administration, Workers’ Compensation, Risk Management and Safety, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and reporting requirements.
