Manage and deliver business and intangible valuations related to a variety of equity interests, assets, and liabilities related to the financial services industries (banking, insurance, fintech, Insurtech, and asset management) including customer relationships, distribution agreements, loan portfolios, core deposit intangible, contract intangibles, developed technology, intangible assets, indemnification assets, and more. Significant experience with valuations of business entities and intangible assets, purchase price allocations, analyzing goodwill and long-lived asset impairment, financial instruments, supporting a company's value for bidding or asking price plans, litigation support, and financial analysis and research with the financial services industry.
