In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities Of The Part Time Accountant/ Bookkeeper:<ul><li>Accounts Receivable:<ul><li>Manage invoicing process in Salesforce/QuickBooks Online.</li><li>Calculate and remit sales tax.</li></ul></li><li>Accounts Payable:<ul><li>Process approximately 500 invoices per month.</li><li>Track down approvals for timely payments.</li><li>Assist with AP accrual calculations.</li></ul></li><li>Month-End Close:<ul><li>Prepare and post journal entries.</li><li>Assist with reconciliations.</li></ul></li><li>Payroll:<ul><li>Process payroll for 94 employees across 3 locations.</li><li>Manage payroll accruals.</li><li>Handle payroll for 3rd party vendors.</li></ul></li><li>General Accounting:<ul><li>Assist with booth profitability analysis (over 200 booths).</li><li>Other ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.</li></ul></li></ul> Preferred Qualifications Of The Part Time Accountant/ Bookkeeper:<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.</li><li>Experience: 2+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.</li><li>Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Salesforce preferred</li><li>Excellent data entry and analytical skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).</li></ul></li></ul> #INJAN2025 MaxSalary: USD37.5 MinSalary: USD35
