The Role The Health & Welfare Implementation Benefits Analyst (BA) will apply their consulting, analysis, and domain skills to deliver the best outcomes for our client, their participants and Fidelity. The Health & Welfare Implementation Benefit Analyst is a key member of the Health & Welfare (HW) Center of Excellence Implementation and Migration team that services Fidelity clients. The role provides for the ability to work in a growing Health & Welfare offering, access to scalable technology while continually enhancing your knowledge of the Health & Welfare benefits administration landscape. The Expertise and Skills You Bring<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience	</li><li>3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience	</li><li>3+ years of testing experience (and demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth) of professional experience.	</li><li>Prior client implementation and\or platform migration experience a plus	</li><li>Experience in Agile preferred, but not required.	</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications	</li><li>Ability to independently manage one’s own workload.	</li><li>Regulatory and legislative knowledge in aligned service area	</li><li>Understanding of benefits administration systems	</li><li>Demonstrates superb communication skills (written and verbal)	</li><li>Ability to conduct analysis and document findings.	</li><li>Procedure execution and process improvement	</li><li>Align, plan, and implement new product capability delivery within flight implementations.	</li><li>Drive and / or support execution of key implementation activities (example: data conversion load).	</li><li>Participate in validation and/or testing efforts to ensure results meet the client and/or product offering requirements.	</li><li>Partnering with the Director Client HealthCare Consulting to define client specific configurable variations to support a client plan and/or administrative requirements.	</li><li>Performing root cause analysis to determine gaps or trends for continuous improvement opportunities.	</li><li>Submitting requests and/or assisting with translation of business requirements to technology partners, as applicable	</li><li>Creating training material and reference material for participant services	</li><li>Assisting and coaching the broader virtual team	</li><li>Engaging in and/or leading ongoing courses to support continued personal development.</li></ul>In addition to the above, the Center of Excellence (COE) requires skills in one of the following areas: Testing Lead:<ul><li>Provide project management for client testing for new implementations, migrations, and Annual Enrollment	</li><li>Understand and manage to client testing timelines.	</li><li>Test case set-up, data mining, and data mocking	</li><li>Conduct and lead daily stand-up calls during Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) and Client Acceptance Testing (CAT)	</li><li>Manage defects.	</li><li>Monitor and report on progress.	</li><li>Troubleshoot and escalate environment issues.	</li><li>Conduct client testing with business partners.	</li><li>Identify testing process improvement opportunities.</li></ul> The Team Fidelity’s healthcare administrative services are backed by the service, trust, and experience that have helped Fidelity become America's Retirement Leader.
