The Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations to ensure a positive environment for visitors, residents, staff, and other individuals on site. The position can also sell park owned new, used homes, and brokered resident homes within the manufactured home community. In this role you will:Community Management<ul><li>Collect monthly rent payments. </li><li>Enforce park rules and regulations. </li><li>Maintain resident files ensuring they are kept current and confidential.</li><li>Exhibit excellent customer service.</li><li>Develop and maintain community relationships.</li><li>Process resident applications and follow fair housing guidelines.</li><li>Work with local counsel and Regional Manager to process evictions.</li><li>Maintain current records in Rent Manager.</li><li>Ensure property appearance is satisfactory and working with outside vendors as needed.</li><li>Working alongside other staff to complete additional community needs.</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Sales<ul><li>Actively sell inventory and brokered homes while ensuring all inventory including broker homes are accurately displayed on Legacy website and partner websites via entry through Legacy portal. </li><li>Schedule appointments for open house showings and conduct home and property tours. Appointments may fall on nights and weekends.</li><li>Ensure entire plan-o-gram is implemented (when made available).</li><li>Enter all leads (phone, walk-ins, emails, texts and intranet) into CRM (open leads) within one (1) hour of receiving or no later than morning of next business day.</li><li>Respond to leads with follow up within one (1) hour of prospective buyer contacting property.
