Key Responsibilities•Answer incoming reservation calls in a professional and courteous manner •Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings •Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, amenities, and resort policies •Assist guests with new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests •Upsell room upgrades, packages, and resort amenities when appropriate •Maintain accurate guest and reservation records •Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals (call volume, conversion, revenue) •Handle guest concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach •Collaborate with front desk and management to ensure seamless guest experiences Qualifications & Skills•Previous customer service, call center, sales, or hospitality experience preferred •Strong verbal communication and active listening skills •Comfortable handling a high volume of calls •Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment •Basic computer skills; experience with reservation or property management systems is a plus •Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented •Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed What We're Looking For •A friendly and professional phone presence •Sales-minded approach with a focus on guest satisfaction •Strong problem-solving skills •Team player with the ability to work independently •Desire to grow within the hospitality industry.
