Additionally, this candidate will provide information and assistance to people potentially eligible for the FOODRx program and other programs Second Harvest Heartland (SHH) offers, such as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). A combination of education and experience generally attained through a bachelor’s degree in a related field(s) (social services, nutrition, public health, etc.) and/or 2-4 years’ experience in the areas of health care, customer service, sales, or program enrollment preferred.
