Requires a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Industrial Relations or a related field and three (3) years of experience in labor relations, human resources, contract administration or a similar function, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of this position. Assigns and/or tracks grievances, pay grade changes, position changes and process changes; supports administration of Collective Bargaining Agreements, including interacting with Business Unit employees and various levels of elected union officers.
