To contribute to this mission, the Human Resources Assistant will: Assist the HR team with recruitment and onboarding Run Pre-Employment background checks Complete web invoices and requests for payment for the department Assist with department reporting, recordkeeping and filing Assist the department with general administrative tasks, such as: Scheduling Phone calls and general inquiries Orientation preparation File copies Mailings Other duties as assigned This position will work collaboratively with all Human Resources team members, operations, leadership, finance, and any other key stakeholders needed SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, 40 hours/week, hourly position. The Human Resources Assistant will join the HR department as we develop, implement and support employment-related processes that add value to TOA and its employees, leading to improved employee welfare, empowerment, growth and retention, while remaining committed to TOA’s key program drivers, its management and prosperity for its clients and employees.
