Previous experience in working with production employees in a manufacturing environment, previous experience with HRIS, proven experience in problem-solving, previous experience with automated timekeeping, Kronos preferred, previous experience in orientation of new employees. Requirements ~ - 3+ years experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing or distribution setting - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations preferred) - Experience with a company timekeeping system, i.e., Kronos.
