The candidate will be expected to have the following key attributes: •15+ years of Payroll leadership experience •Experience in a large Fortune 100 company with an employee base of over 125,000 colleagues •Experience in Payroll Technology – such as Workday •Experience and knowledge in Time and Labor systems •Knowledge of finance and accounting practices within large organization •Extensive background in Payroll Tax which encompasses multi-state tax compliance •Experience managing payroll in an outsourced model •Extensive knowledge of payroll practices for US and Puerto Rico •Leadership skills and experienced with fostering accountability with team and vendor members’ timely problem solving and focus on prevention •Customer-centric mindset with a seasoned ability to confidently communicate with all levels of leadership •Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday) •Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias Preferred Qualifications •Background and experience with international payroll •Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) The typical base pay range for this role is: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $157,800.00 - $363,900.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
