Bachelor’s degree or or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) in a related area; one year of experience in career services, human resources, working in a campus environment or post college experience; a basic knowledge of employment policies, legal constraints and interviewing techniques; and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and effective communication skills required. Assist prospective students as they move through the admissions process, including consulting with them on program fit, answering questions about the admissions process, alleviating concerns, assisting with application submission, and helping the students prepare to start courses once accepted.
