Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in civil engineering, environmental engineering, public administration or closely related field; Ten years of progressively responsible professional experience in engineering, planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance of public or private utility infrastructure and facilities; and. Responsible also for managing the revenue, expenditures, forecasting and rate setting for the separate utilities in order to ensure fund balances, operating capital and infrastructure improvements can be sustained.
