Working as an HVAC sales representative involves working with building and business owners to provide improved systems that will operate more efficiently and reduce the operating costs of the HVAC systems over time. The job duties might include contacting new and existing customers, describing the advantages of a new HVAC system, scheduling installations and negotiating service contracts and prices.
