Professional Surveyor and Mapper - with FDOT Project Experience (Remote or Hybrid)KEITH is looking for a Professional Surveyor and Mapper with experience working on FDOT Projects to join our Survey and Mapping team.  This position can be remote, hybrid, or in office.  We are looking for positive individuals to fit our energetic culture.  We are a well-established multidisciplinary company that offers land surveying, subsurface utility engineering, civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture, and construction management services.  The firm was founded on the principle of achieving success by combining the latest technology with client oriented business practices, and a strong group of talented professionals.What you will do:As a Professional Surveyor and Mapper, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of field and office staff for multiple projects, and clients from proposal, through production, until final deliverables.  This is a hands-on, project responsible position, and will focus on our public and private client base.  You will also be responsible for proposal writing, business development, and staff development. This role is the key point of contact between KEITH and our clients. <ul><li>Manage projects from start to finish, while ensuring services meet KEITH’s quality standards and client specifications</li><li>Participate in planning and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency</li><li>Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts</li><li>Sign and seal plats, field notes and control drawings if required</li><li>Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects</li><li>Participate in business development opportunities and maintain strong client relationship</li><li>Develop and conduct presentations to clients and other critical stakeholders</li><li>Effectively interface with sub-consultants and as well as other business relationships</li><li>Provide support to other operational units as needed</li><li>Represent company interests while in meetings and trade shows as needed</li></ul>What You Bring to KEITH:<ul><li>Experience working on FDOT Survey and Mapping projects in District 5</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in related discipline/and or equivalent experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience in project/phase management</li><li>Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, ORD Open Roads, MS Office Suite</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly define assignments/deliverables to team members</li><li>Ability to oversee, mentor and motivate a team</li><li>Professional License preferred</li></ul>We offer competitive benefits, including:<ul><li>100% PAID Medical, Dental, and Vision</li><li>Employer matched 401K - 100% Vested on Day 1 of contribution!!!</li><li>Paid Parental leave and Life Insurance</li><li>PTO, Holidays, and more!</li></ul>...Powered by JazzHR
