You’ll manage cases from start to finish while mentoring support staff and ensuring high-quality legal work.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Client Advocacy & Case Management<ul><li>Represent clients in EOIR court (Master & Merits Hearings)</li><li>Conduct consultations and prepare clients for interviews</li><li>Draft motions, briefs, and other legal filings</li><li>Communicate with government agencies and stakeholders</li></ul>Leadership & Legal Oversight<ul><li>Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants</li><li>Oversee case preparation and ensure timely filings</li><li>Maintain organized, compliant, and confidential case records</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>Core Skills: Strong legal writing and courtroom advocacy Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases independently Leadership mindset with team-oriented approachQualifications:  Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar license in at least one U.S. state  3+ years of immigration law experience ️ Experience with removal defense and immigration court proceedings  Background in family-based and employment-based immigration preferred<h3>About Our Firm</h3>At the Law Office of Abhisha Parikh, our clients are more than case files—they are individuals and families pursuing safety, opportunity, and a better future.
