This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contract requirements, site regulations, and quality standards. The Superintendent serves as the primary field leader, driving schedule performance, workforce coordination, and execution excellence across all assigned scopes of work.

What You'll Do:
· Lead and manage daily field operations, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and federal site requirements · Supervise craft labor, subcontractors, and field personnel, providing direction, accountability, and support to achieve project objectives · Coordinate with Project Managers, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on execution plans and site priorities · Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a strong safety culture across the jobsite · Monitor project schedules, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain progress · Ensure quality control standards are met through inspections, field verification, and coordination with QA/QC personnel · Manage material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics to support efficient operations · Support site documentation requirements, including daily reports, time tracking, and compliance documentation · Interface with client representatives and site leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment on project execution · Work a standard day shift schedule aligned with site operations, with flexibility to support extended hours as required by project demands · Perform additional duties as required to support project success and operational needs
