Responsibilities: Perform routine, detailed property inspections (cleanliness, damage, lease violations, wear-and-tear) Accurately record inspection findings and document them in property management software Perform light cleaning touch-ups when necessary Organize and prioritize work assignments to ensure timely completion Provide support to the Property Management Team as needed Communicate professionally in both written and verbal interactions Answer phone calls in a professional manner and direct them appropriately Demonstrate computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software systems Qualifications: Basic knowledge of home maintenance tasks relevant to the role Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively Ability to safely use ladders as required for job duties Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills Excellent attention to detail Strong navigational skills to travel between work sites Valid driver's license and safe driving record Ability to work in environments where animals may be present Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and frequently lift up to 25 lbs Applicants must be willing to use their own vehicle, and mileage between properties will be reimbursed.
