Meet minimum prospect call goals as established each month. Call on referral sources to promote the bank and products and to establish referral networks.</li><li>Appropriately manage designated portfolio of clients.<ol><li>Make ongoing on-site visits to the client's business to analyze the management of the business for potential credit risk.</li><li>Monitor loan performance, loan agreements, financial statements, and collateral to ensure the quality of the loan.</li></ol></li><li>Underwrite deals by analyzing financial statements and spreads, including adequacy of income and sufficiency of collateral.<ol><li>Prepare and present credit presentations for Loan Committee.</li><li>Check the accuracy of documents while making sure client signs in all appropriate places and understands all documents.</li></ol></li><li>Work closely with the commercial lending and treasury management team, as well as other First Business Bank business lines, to cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective clients.</li></ol><h3>QUALIFICATIONS</h3><ol><li>7-10+ years of demonstrated sales success in commercial banking (prospecting and generating new business relationships)</li><li>Prior experience in credit analysis, and/or a deep understanding of credit and underwriting required to be successful</li><li>Active member of the community with deep relationships with networking organizations and centers of influence</li><li>Hungry and motivated to tell the First Business Bank story through prospecting and calling efforts</li><li>Driven to provide the highest level of client service through superior relationship management</li><li>Post-Secondary degree in relevant field of study</li></ol>#J-18808-Ljbffr
