If you're ready to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you! Position Description:The Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) role is focused on providing technical solutions leadership and management for the delivery and implementation of facility management processes and solutions. Position Qualifications:<ul><li>Possess strong written communication skills and be detail oriented.</li><li>Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Cloud.</li><li>Minimum (10) years of experience in commercial construction with an MEPF/building controls contractor, general contractor, and/or Cx agency.</li><li>A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, construction management, Engineering, or MEP Construction Management.</li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license.</li><li>Communicate complex issues effectively in written format & oral presentation to clients.</li><li>Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of facilities operations and building systems.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in mobile work environment.</li><li>Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint).</li><li>Strong project management skills.</li><li>Ability to recognize, troubleshoot, document, and optimize facilities processes.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret financial data relating to facilities.</li><li>Has a good understanding of the critical facility environment, including hospitals, airports, and data centers.</li><li>P6 and/or MS Project Experience</li></ul> Essential Duties:<ul><li>Interface, coordinate, and directly manage the associated MEPF trade partners through plan development, inspections, and ultimately the Cx testing process.</li><li>Competency surrounding the utilization of all standard MEPF/building controls testing procedures and applicable tools and equipment to perform this testing.</li><li>Manage a team of individuals to deliver the Operational Project Readiness (OPR) and be the primary driver of the Commissioning Management (CxM) services on multiple projects.</li><li>Review contract documents (design drawings, submittals, shop drawings, specifications, etc) for program/project understanding, constructability, operability, and functionality requirements.</li><li>Develop a project-specific commissioning plan and project execution plan per Client’templates and in accordance with the Contract Documents.</li><li>Develop and maintain Cx schedule based upon the CPM milestones and in the scheduling program required by the Contract Documents.</li><li>Establish testing/certification requirements for each piece of equipment for documentation management through Cx software platform.</li><li>Review Level 2 and 3 Cx Scripts</li><li>Oversee implementation of Cx progress visual tracking/status tools</li><li>Develop agenda and lead project Cx team meetings communicating the Cx schedule, sequencing, constraints, and issues.</li><li>Documentation of MEPF equipment inspections and testing.
