This is a permanent full-time position where you will play a key role in the financial management of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our accounting and financial systems, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our financial reporting. Oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. 2. Ensure credibility of finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. 3. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. 4. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action. 5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions. 6. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. 7. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company. 8. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. 9. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. Qualifications: 1. CPA required. 2. Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. 3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role. 4. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting and strategy. 5. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IRS regulations, and non-profit accounting principles. 6. Proficiency with Great Plains, FRX, PN3, Andar, and other financial reporting tools. 7. Experience managing high volume financial transactions. 8. Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence – ability to motivate staff. 9. Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills. 10. Significant experience in or knowledge of nonprofit accounting, including sophisticated fund and grant accounting, compliance, and reporting. 11. Experience working closely with board members and other key stakeholders. 12. Strong knowledge and experience with cash flow and payroll management. 13. Experience in overseeing accounting and finance departments, including annual audits and financial analysis. 14. Strong communication and presentation skills. Interested in hearing more? ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented SeniorBudget Analyst to join our team in the Arlington, VA area to provide budget support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.   Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <ul><li>Gain a quick understanding of the unique program business processes and establish relationships with stakeholders  </li><li>Perform budget execution involving annual and multi-year direct and reimbursable Air Force and DoD appropriations  </li><li>Administer and prepare requests for distribution of funds to field organizations  </li><li>Process incoming reimbursable documents, vouchers, billings, and returns </li><li>Control and document upward adjustments and "cancelled to current" transactions </li><li>Oversee, update, track, and reconcile financial and budget execution information  </li><li>Make daily decisions concerning tracking of financial transactions and recommend solutions to complex budget problems  </li><li>Use automated budgetary system(s) and computer-generated products in accomplishing budgeting assignments     </li></ul>Basic Qualifications:  <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a financial or business discipline); 6 additional years might be substituted for a degree.</li><li>4 + years of current experience using a federal financial/accounting system, preferably with updating accounts, records, reports, and controls </li><li>Experience performing analyses in various finance and accounting functions such as Budget Formulation, Budget Justification, Budget Execution and Tracking/Review   </li><li>Experience producing professional and accurate reports and documents </li><li>Knowledge and skill in budget related laws, regulations, methods, etc. to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners  </li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with MS Excel and MS Word </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>5 + years of experience using a federal financial/accounting system, preferably with updating accounts, records, reports, and controls </li><li>Knowledge of Momentum Financials </li><li>Experience using advanced features of MS Word and MS Excel </li></ul>Clearance Requirements: <ul><li>Must possess an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility and be JAFAN 6/0 eligible</li><li>Have had an SSBI conducted within the last 6 years</li></ul> Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time</li><li>Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel</li><li>Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery</li></ul>
