Selected candidates will be sponsored in this Associate’s in Applied Science degree program that incorporates paid internships*. The program is referred to as the Caterpillar “ThinkBIG" Dealer Technician Training Program.This program combines classroom lecture and state-of-the-art labs with real-world experience through paid internships at a Boyd location. In class, students learn about engine fundamentals, machine hydraulics, Caterpillar fuel systems, machine electrical systems, transmissions and torque converters, undercarriage/final drives and more.
