Job Details Responsibilities: Interprets and disseminates cost accounting information to Management. Analyzes inventory records and variance reports. Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard to actual costs. Provides Management with cost and comparative reports to indicate needs for changes in pricing or production. Works on special projects as required. Assist in monthly and annual closings with cost related adjusting journal entries. Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in the manufacturing facility. This includes inventory as well as the manufacturing bill of materials. Maintain fixed asset reports for the manufacturing facility. This includes tagging new fixed assets and monitoring for disposals. Assist in the preparation of the annual property tax returns. Assist in the preparation of the monthly sales and use tax returns. Conduct studies and submit recommendations for improving the organization’s operations. Make recommendations to Management regarding cost savings or profit generation opportunities. Maintain the quality of the Accounting Department Travel as required. Work must be completed successfully within an acceptable time frame with a minimum amount of supervision.  Responsible for assisting in loading and unloading any service customer tractors that are not fully operational, as well as, any service customer loose loads.Responsibilities: Follows verbal and written instructions from supervisor with little or no additional direction.Able to read and comprehend simple written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Able to write simple correspondence.Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.Helps load and unload any service customer tractors that are not fully operational.Help load and unload any loose loads that are for service customers.Maintains all oil and water separators to conform to local and federal laws.Maintain dirt collection area.Empty trash and metal bins in accordance with contamination control guidelines.Perform general maintenance in the shops.Perform inspection on Cat Inspect for all incoming customer machines.Keeps lot clean.  Maintains areas around the shop (trash picked up and cans empty, parking lot swept, hazardous materials in proper safety areas).Safety<ul><li>Know and follow all Company and customer safety rules, including maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work area, and fully participating in Company accident prevention and safety improvement activities.</li><li>Must have the physical ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including protective glasses, protective gloves, and protective clothing and footwear as required by the job.</li></ul>Customer Satisfaction<ul><li>Respond to all customer requests in a professional and courteous, timely, and responsive manner.</li><li>Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance at all times, meeting all Company standards for professionalism.</li><li>Keep the Manager continually apprised to assist in answering customer questions and problems when necessary. </li></ul>Business<ul><li>Supports the organization’s mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: honesty, integrity, and respect while delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining a positive attitude and a safe work environment.</li><li>Accepts responsibility for mistakes or problems.
