Present findings and recommendations to senior management. This includes developing and maintaining a 13-week cash forecast.</li><li>	Coordinate with the accounts payable and receivable teams to optimize the timing of payments and collections.</li><li>	Banking Relationships: Maintain and develop relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services and manage banking fees and expenses.</li><li>	Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to treasury activities. Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.</li><li>	Systems and Processes: Develop and implement efficient treasury systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Utilize treasury management systems and financial software.</li><li>	Special Projects: Participate in or lead special projects related to treasury operations, such as mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and bank consolidations.</li></ul> Required Skills and Qualifications <ul><li>	Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
