Proficiency with or the ability to learn the following: Android, AWS, Cisco, DFS/DFSR, DUO MFA, Google G Suite, iOS, IP Phone Systems, Kaseya, Linux Servers, MacOS, Microsoft Azure, RD Gateway, scripting, SonicWALL, SQL, Unifi, and VMWare. 5+ years of experience with customer support, active directory application support, disaster recovery, firewalls, documentation, local area networks (LAN), and wide area networks (WAN).
