Be proficient in all machine shop equipment and practices, as well as proper use and care of all precision measuring tools; Ability to layout, measure, mark, and fabricate sheet metal, aluminum, steel, brass, and various plastic components and parts to allowed tolerances; Operate all shop equipment including but not limited to CNC Machine, lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, saws, and welders; Ability to maintain inventory of materials, spare parts, equipment and hand tools; Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods; Working knowledge of PLC's, servo motors/drives, and AC/DC VFD's. High School Diploma or equivalent, Technical degree preferred; Must be able to use power tools; Electrical installations, troubleshooting and repair; Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, design, set up functions, enter data, or process information; Mechanical troubleshooting and repair; Pneumatic troubleshooting and repair; Welding and Fabrication; Machine Tool; CNC Programming and Operation; Have working knowledge of Plasma cutting and Mig and Tig welding.
