Collaborates with supervisors and division personnel in developing, maintaining, coordinating, and conducting training courses, programs, materials, and scenarios relating to technical skills, employee development, teamwork, and leadership training for division personnel. • Develops curriculum and materials for all division technical training programs (i.e., training manuals), including annual refresher training, new equipment training, and new/updated operating procedures.
