They are charged with ordering repair parts, maintaining proper staffing levels and negotiating contracts with suppliers. The hours are flexible although Maintenance Supervisors are usually required to be on-call at specified times throughout the month to be ready to work and address issues at any time during the day or night.
Maintenance Supervisor Education Requirements
