Calibrate and program industrial electronic equipment; • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of instrumentation and control systems to ensure optimal performance; • Troubleshoot and repair faults, failures, or malfunctions in instrumentation and control systems promptly to minimize downtime in production; • Collaborate with operations to develop and implement maintenance procedures for instrumentation and control equipment; • Repair and upkeep electrical equipment; • Program HMI’s/PLC automates and industrial equipment; • Conduct electrical and mechanical installations; • Complete connections on various communication networks of computers and automates; • Actively participate in continuous improvement projects; • Ensure the proper transfer of information to the Maintenance Technician following new projects and interventions on production lines; • Perform appropriate modifications to existing applications, including updates and repairs; • Test applications and correct any problems that may arise; • Verify critical points of each equipment and ensure that it is fully functional; • Develop a program identifying critical points of each machine following dismantling and assembly procedures. • Bachelor of Mechanical and/or Electrical and/or Manufacturing Engineering; or other relevant academic experience; • Minimum of five (5) five years of pertinent experience in Food manufacturing, programming, testing and commissioning advanced control systems ; • Mastering the creation and interpretation of electrical schemas, pneumatics and hydraulics, in ladder diagram and functional sequence diagrams (Function Block Diagrams) in order to effectively resolve problems; • Knowledge of different technology of sensors and actuators as well as network communication ethernet IP; • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes; • Background in electrical instrumentation, wiring and troubleshooting is an asset; • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential; • Flexible working hours to support our work environment.
