BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOBAs the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for making key business decisions that will have a substantial impact on the company's brand image and revenues. The role is responsible for developing and managing multiple marketing assignments and to act as a leader and facilitator to build brand image and support revenue generation. Success will be measured by achieving the internal service-level agreement milestones and improving brand awareness through multiple channels in various markets. Your ability to own your work and drive success will make a direct impact on the communities we serve. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Manage and coordinate all individual property marketing initiatives and efforts including, but not limited to: Content calendar, Design tasks, Email marketing, Public relations, Content development, Social media, Print & digital ad campaigns, and Property website listing audits</li><li>Leverage internal design, public relations and content teams to complete projects & tasks in a timely manner</li><li>Become the primary liaison between individual leasing managers and internal marketing teams</li><li>Regularly meet with leasing managers to identify how marketing can have a positive effect on goals</li><li>Monitor performance and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders</li><li>Ensure we are delivering effective and consistent content voice across all assets</li><li>Continually update and maintain databases of prospects and leads</li><li>Planning and execution of all brand organic and paid social media content</li><li>Assist with gathering content and photos for each property when needed</li><li>Additional media responsibilities include:</li><li>Manage photo and video shoots</li><li>Effectively manage marketing plans & budgeted items</li></ul>COMPENSATIONThis position offers a competitive starting salary, with opportunities for growth based on performance and tenure. HCP24Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREDEducation<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or 3-5+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience</li></ul>Experience and/or Training<ul><li>A minimum 3-5 years of marketing or communications experience</li><li>Previous coordination experience; strong administrative and organizational skills</li><li>Effective project management with a sound understanding of marketing principles</li><li>Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills</li><li>Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge</li></ul>Technology/Equipment<ul><li>Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint</li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics</li><li>Proficiency in Social Media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)</li><li>Previous history with email marketing platforms</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience and/or Training<ul><li>Real estate or commercial property marketing experience</li></ul>Technology/Equipment<ul><li>Previous experience with social media scheduling tools (HeyOrca)</li><li>Previous experience with (Mailchimp) email marketing</li><li>Previous experience with digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)</li><li>Previous experience with (Wix) website editing</li><li>Previous experience with (YARDI) property management and (CommercialEdge) property marketing software</li></ul>MANDATORY REQUIREMENT<ul><li>U.S. Work Authorization (required).</li></ul>CHALLENGE ACCEPTED?At Hendricks Commercial Properties, we don't just keep our word, we make an impact.
