This is ahybrid position(3 days in-office) in the west suburbs of Illinois and will be a contract-to-hire opportunity.Senior Brand Manager, Innovation Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead brand innovation initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth through new products, packaging, and marketing strategies</li><li>Develop and execute forward-thinking brand strategies that drive differentiation and market leadership</li><li>Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to uncover new opportunities and refine brand positioning</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and creative teams to bring innovative ideas to life</li><li>Drive brand storytelling and engagement strategies to strengthen consumer connection and loyalty</li><li>Manage projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and business goals</li></ul>Senior Brand Manager, Innovation Requirements:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing within the CPG industry, with a strong focus on QSR or food service brands</li><li>Proven experience leading brand innovation, new product development, and go-to-market strategies</li><li>P&L ownership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth and market share gains</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand plans</li><li>Excellent collaboration and leadership abilities to influence and inspire cross-functional teams</li><li>A results-driven mindset with a passion for creativity, problem-solving, and category disruption</li><li>MBA preferred</li></ul>Ready to lead the next wave of brand innovation?
