Major Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible for the strict adherence to company safety policies and programs through the communication and enforcement of the Skanska Safety and Health Management Program, including the ability to independently stop work for a safety violation or suspected safety violation- Manage and supervise assigned project administrators responsible for certified payrolls, accounts payable and receivables, partner billings, reconciliations, back charges, and field invoices- Direct all craft personnel administration activities on project to include recruiting, new hire-sign up, employee orientation, policy and procedure interpretation, and terminations- Coordinate with external and internal auditors in annual and special audit functions- Resolve discrepancies through independent judgment and decision-making on payroll reports, vendor or contractor invoices by interfacing with other departments, vendors, or contractors- Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees- Purchase, inventory, operation and upkeep of office equipment- Maintain filing systems- Create and maintain checklists, forms, quality matrix, reports and tracking spreadsheets for Quality items on the project as needed- Perform document control for quality submittals and monitor the project specific quality plan, procedures, & testing as neededThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this position.
