Our team includes over one hundred years of combined experience in providing the highest-level cleaning services available. </div><div>Position Summary:</div><div>The District Manager oversees multiple janitorial accounts within a designated territory. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, effective team management, and strong client relationships. The District Manager is responsible for operational performance, staffing, training, budgeting, and compliance with safety and company standards.</div><div> </div><div>Reports To: VP of Operations </div><div> </div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Hire, train, and manage site supervisors and cleaning staff.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients; serve as the primary point of contact.</li><li>Manage labor budgets, supply inventory, and overall operational expenses within assigned district.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate staffing needs, shift coverage, and employee assignments.</li><li>Ensure safety procedures and protocols are followed at all sites.</li><li>Address client concerns promptly and professionally, taking corrective action as needed.</li><li>Monitor and report on KPIs, labor costs, and productivity metrics.</li><li>Travel between sites regularly and be available for emergency response as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div>Qualifications:</div><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in janitorial or facility management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site management role.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-building skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.</li><li>Has the ability to work successfully in both independent and team settings.</li></ul><div></div><div>PJS of Austin is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind.
