Research and Development Manager

Responsibilities:<br/>? Support the maintenance and management of research labs (Novato, Las Vegas,<br/>UK, other)<br/>? Develop and implement user acquisition campaigns for playtesting to enable the recruitment<br/>of participants for current and future studies<br/>? Identify tools and partner with vendors to improve research and operations<br/>? Collaborate and scale research operations by crafting repeatable streamlined processes,<br/>efficient practices and exemplary infrastructure.<br/>? Own and lead the development of research program strategy to help User Researchers run<br/>studies and consolidate research findings<br/>? Coordinate a medium- and long-term testing schedule and clearly communicate the<br/>department’s capabilities to teammates and partners<br/>? Travel, both domestic and international may be required<br/><br/>Minimum Qualifications:<br/>? BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental/Cognitive<br/>? Psychology, Statistics, or another related field, or equivalent practical experience<br/>? Familiar with User Research and/or Research focused tools and methodologies<br/>? Experience with participant recruitment, vendors and managing relationships between<br/>in-house and vendor partner teams<br/>? Track record for scaling operational efforts, research programs, and project coordination<br/>? Strong organizational skills, able to work autonomously<br/>? Comfortable speaking and leading discussion with a variety of business partners and<br/>team members<br/>? Strategic problem solver with the ability to build and implement department-wide plans<br/>Preferred Qualifications:<br/>? 3-5 years research operations experience<br/>?
