PRACTICE:  <a href="http://www.delawareeye.com/" rel="nofollow">Delaware Eye Institute</a> (<a href="https://www.delawareeye.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.delawareeye.com</a>)  has a unique opportunity for a Medical Ophthalmologist to inherit the patient base of Opthalmologst  in Rehoboth Beach, DE.  You will have a full scope of practice including chronic disease management, pre and post-operative care, primary care, routine vision, and optical.  This position will be more medically focused than typical optometry roles.  Join a highly respected multispecialty integrated 10 MD/OD ophthalmic practice (including several advanced technology cataract surgeons, a a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist, three retina surgeons, and medical ophthalmology and optometry as well as primary eye care, and optical services).  Our facilities include a spacious free-standing building with clinical lanes, business offices, optical, excellent onsite ASC, and state-of-the-art equipment.  Were offering very attractive base compensation and top-tier upside financial potential via quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections.  Full benefits including health, vision, dental, matching 401k, paid CME, and paid relocation, are also provided.  Our national ESP platform also has a Physician Incentive Plan that functions similarly to equity options and/or profit sharing.  Please call to discuss details of the lucrative financial package!  LOCATION: The first state, Delaware, is home of the Delaware Eye Institute.
