Two (2) years of experience must include: B2B or Software as a Service product; Human capital management domain software, including HRMS and HRIS; Serving as a team lead or product manager for Agile/Scrum software development team; Software development lifecycle management tools, including Splunk, Rally, Jira, and PlanView; Programming languages including Java, Python, Javascript or SQL database; Algorithms in pseudocode; Data structures. You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements.
