Key Responsibilities: -Identify, track and report regularly on key operational performance metrics related to digital commerce transactions and solutions globally and ensure products meet/exceed business objectives -Works closely with regional and market level teams to ensure execution of strategic initiatives and proper monitoring and measurement, including budgeting and forecasting of direct and indirect revenues -Leverage data insights to recommend actions and drive new and existing product enhancement -Develop quantitative analysis, ad-hoc reports, and models to support key business and strategic decisions that will help drive our customers to achieve better authorization performance -Develop key documents in support of product management: business cases, market needs, product roadmaps, customer feedback, success metrics, P&Ls, etc. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
