Pay: 24.50/hour Location: Kent, WA Status: Temp To Hire We are searching for a smart and bright Accounting Finance Associate to join one of our client’s offices, located in the city of Kent, WA. This opportunity is a combination of finance and accounting duties. You will be responsible for providing clerical support for the Fleet Operations and Accounting Departments.You will also: · Coordinate, process, and handle the local payments for their vendors · Scan the documentation and file them away accordingly · Work with the coordinator to resolve exceptions and issues with the invoices · Ensure that all invoices comply with state, federal, and local regulations · Invoice purchase orders and sending those invoices to the clients. · Provide proper follow-up with all invoices sent · Document everything into their data entry system, known as Sprocket · Other clerical duties as assigned.This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. First shift, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Monday to Friday.
