Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a Third Party Risk Governance PM/BA for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across different business functions to identify potential risks, including financial, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks</li><li>Analyze the likelihood and impact of identified risks to prioritize them for mitigation</li><li>Develop risk matrices and other visual representations to effectively communicate risk profiles</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective risk mitigation strategies and action plans</li><li>Assign ownership and accountability for risk mitigation activities</li><li>Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans and track progress</li><li>Participate in the design and implementation of a robust risk governance framework, including policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms</li><li>Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices</li><li>Lead risk management projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, and monitoring</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources allocated to risk mitigation initiatives</li><li>Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder meetings to discuss and prioritize risks</li><li>Prepare regular risk reports for senior management, highlighting key risks, mitigation progress, and emerging concerns</li><li>Communicate risk information effectively to relevant stakeholders across the organization</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in developing and executing monitoring and oversight programs</li><li>Project management, organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience</li><li>Independently driven, high bias for action</li><li>Intellectual curiosity</li><li>Ability to prioritize competing demands and proactively complete work</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment</li><li>Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and ability to create compelling presentations in PowerPoint</li><li>Risk and/or Audit Experience</li><li>Project Management Experience</li><li>Problem Solving Experience/Training such as operational excellence, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing</li><li>Ability to synthesize data and use it to tell a story</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau</li><li>Business Analyst (Domain Experts)</li><li>Tertiary Skill </li></ul>Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
