We are open to hiring this role at the Senior Manager or Director level.<br/><br/><strong>What You'll Do </strong><br/><ul><li>Build, execute and manage alliance strategy across Slalom Healthcare & Life Sciences industry partners. </li><li>Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and workshops, and formulate joint go to market (GTM) strategies for our Healthcare and Life Sciences industries </li><li>Provide accelerator use cases and coordinate with technical, functional, and industry SMEs to advance a portfolio of targeted industry accelerators and solutions. </li><li>Identify, scope, and own new relationships with select HCLS specific partners (I.e., Veeva, Epic) </li><li>Identify, build, and manage new consortiums or collaborations within the partner ecosystem. </li><li>Identify, promote and scale good partnering motions and assist with funding and soliciting funding for partner-based initiatives. </li><li>Drive sales and revenue growth across Healthcare and Life Sciences customers by accelerating the industry relationships with our current and prospective partners. </li><li>Articulate Slalom's industry value proposition and develop HCLS specific contents. </li><li>Run campaigns in partnership with our HCLS marketing team leveraging industry solutions to partners and build awareness. </li><li>Partner with Partner Development Managers and Partner Sales Managers in markets to bring HCLS partner & technology content to drive pipeline. </li></ul><br/><strong>What You'll Bring </strong><br/><ul><li>Deep knowledge in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry to build assets needed to drive business. </li><li>Must have working knowledge of Gen AI to develop and drive solutions. </li><li>Prior experience working in the consulting services industry and/or with partners within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. </li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with industry leaders and sales teams. </li><li>Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and revenue. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of creating compelling content and delivering impactful presentations. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. </li></ul><br/><strong>About Us </strong><br/><br/>Slalom is a next-generation professional services company creating value at the intersection of business, technology, and humanity.
