Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer / Global Support Manager Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite – 5 Days/Week) Duration: 12 Months (Contract)<hr/>Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer / Support Manager to provide technical development and functional analysis support within an enterprise applications environment. The role involves working under a team lead to design, develop, test, and maintain SAP solutions, particularly within financial and logistics domains.<hr/>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform ABAP development, configuration, tuning, and administration across SAP FI, Treasury, and Logistics modules</li><li>Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level SAP applications</li><li>Provide ongoing production support, enhancements, and troubleshooting</li><li>Develop business requirements, test cases, training materials, and deliver end-user training</li><li>Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners during development and testing phases</li><li>Monitor performance and optimize SAP applications</li><li>Mentor junior team members on SAP programming concepts and tools</li><li>Participate in team planning and project activities</li><li>Support system upgrades, support packs, and validation testing</li><li>Assist with system architecture, hardware specifications, and implementation roadmaps</li><li>Work with integration technologies including SAP PI, CPI, SOA, Web Services, IDOCs, RFCs, SOAP, and REST APIs</li><li>Develop and execute unit tests and test scripts</li><li>Provide after-hours support as required</li></ul><hr/>Required Skills:<ul><li>10+ years of SAP ABAP solution architecture experience</li><li>10+ years of SAP ABAP development (analysis, design, development)</li><li>10+ years of experience with SAP ECC FI module</li><li>Strong experience with:
<ul><li>SAP Web Application Server</li><li>Object-oriented ABAP programming</li><li>ABAP Unit and shared memory objects</li><li>Custom reports and dialog programming</li><li>ABAP WebDynpro applications</li><li>BAPI/RFC development</li><li>SAP Enhancement Framework and ABAP Workbench</li></ul></li><li>Extensive experience with:

Overview:
VTG/APG is seeking an Agile Business Analyst (ABA) to support U.S. Air Forces Central (AFCENT) mission systems and enterprise capabilities. This role operates in an Agile (Scrum‑preferred) environment and works closely with product owners, engineers, and operational users to translate mission needs into clear, actionable requirements. The ABA is a key liaison between government stakeholders, operational users, and technical teams, ensuring delivered solutions are operationally relevant, technically feasible, and aligned to AFCENT priorities.

Responsibilities:
Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days per weekCollaborate with product owners, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts to elicit, analyze, and document business and operational requirementsTranslate mission needs into well‑defined user stories, features, and acceptance criteriaFacilitate storyboarding, story mapping, backlog grooming, and refinement sessionsPerform detailed story analysis to define conditions of satisfaction and ensure acceptance criteria are clear, testable, and unambiguousManage the lifecycle of backlog items, including story decomposition and refinementSupport data analysis activities to assess system efficiency, effectiveness, and performanceParticipate in functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing, documenting findings and providing actionable feedbackPlan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to include test scenarios and script development, test execution, user onboarding and training, and production of release notes and test documentationMaintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and delivered functionalityParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Qualifications:
