Position Details: Ro Health is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for opportunities across various school districts in the Tucson area. We anticipate a number of full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions becoming available for the upcoming fall semester, beginning in late July 2025. School nursing roles are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we’re getting a head start on planning now! Join us in making a meaningful impact by supporting our local schools and the students who depend on dedicated healthcare professionals like you. <ul><li>Specialty: School Health, Pediatrics, Special Education</li><li>Locations available include: Tucson, AZ</li><li>Positions Available: FT, PT, PD</li><li>Per-Diem (shifts become available as needed)</li><li>Shift: May vary, approximately school hours. Shifts typically start between 7:30-8:30am.</li><li>Days: Monday through Friday, no holidays or weekends</li><li>Target Start Date: ASAP</li><li>RN Pay: $36-40</li></ul> Benefits for nurse: <ul><li>Monday-Friday Schedule - never work nights or weekends</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (for FULL-TIME employees)</li><li>8 Days of PTO</li><li>401k Retirement Plan</li><li>3-5 hour paid orientation prior to your start</li><li>On-call Clinical Supervisor support during school hours</li></ul> Responsibilities may include: <ul><li>Working 1x1 with a patient that has one or more of the following (G-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic, seizures)</li><li>Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care</li><li>Assist in providing a safe environment for the client</li><li>Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements</li><li>Health Office coverage</li><li>Distributing medication to students with a med pass</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Active, Arizona nursing license</li><li>IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card</li><li>TB Test</li><li>Drug Screening (depending on district)</li><li>2 year nursing experience preferred</li><li>Passion for excellent pediatric patient care!</li><li>Physical Demands: Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
