The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law, a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, and a portable book of business. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>	Advise clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance with federal and state labor laws, workplace safety, wage and hour laws, and employee relations.</li><li>	Represent clients in employment litigation, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.</li><li>	Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and procedures.</li><li>	Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant labor and employment laws and regulations.</li><li>	Provide training and guidance to clients on labor and employment issues.</li><li>	Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.</li><li>	Leverage a portable book of business to expand the firm's client base and revenue.</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>	Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>	Admission to the Florida Bar.</li><li>	5+ years of experience in labor and employment law.</li><li>	Proven track record of managing a portable book of business.</li><li>	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>	Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>	Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>	High level of professionalism and ethical standards.</li><li>	Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>	Experience with employment litigation and dispute resolution.</li><li>	Advanced degree or certification in labor and employment law or a related field.</li><li>	Familiarity with the Sarasota business community and local regulations.</li></ul> Interested in hearing more?
