Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times • Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with towels and water • Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas as designated by management • Perform walk through of the pool area monitoring and cleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure an impeccable and inviting environment • Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment • Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment • Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, recreation, and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
